How to prepare
- Prepare 500 grams of meat. It can be chicken, pork ribs, fish, pork bones, pigeons, ducks, lamp and pigtails, etc.
- Rehydrate the ingredients in the package with water for 1 hour. For those that need extra rehydration time, please refer to the instructions on the package.
- Put the meat into the pot and add some water. Remove the meat after boiled. Wash it with water for the next step. (Fishes need to be fried before stew.)
- Put the ready-prepared ingredients and meat into the pot. Add 3 litres of water and 2 slices of ginger.
