The main ingredients of the tonic soup: Northeastern sika deer antler, Korean ginseng, Chinese yam, Codonopsis pilosula, and organic Astragalus membranaceus.
Ingredients of Purple Ganoderma Lucidum Calming Tea: Poria, White Peony Root, Tangerine Peel, Purple Ganoderma Lucidum, Rehmannia Glutinosa, Licorice.

Directions:
Stage 1 Biochemical Soup Directions:
＊Normal delivery/miscarriage: Take Shenghua Tang to dispel lochia 3-5 days after the birth/miscarriage.

Purple Ganoderma Lucidum Calming Tea
Directions: Place a tea bag in a teacup, pour in 350 ml of boiling water and soak for 10 minutes or until the appropriate concentration is reached, then remove the tea bag and drink. If necessary, you can steep the tea bag again until the taste is milder.
Royal Angelica Ginger Bath Powder
Directions:
Sponge Bath – Prepare warm water and add 1 packet of bath powder, soak a towel, and then scrub your whole body for about 10 minutes.
Bath – Prepare warm water in the bathtub and add 1 packet of bath powder. Soak for 10 minutes.
Foot bath - prepare warm water in a small bath tray and add 1 packet of bath powder. Soak your feet for 20 minutes.
Hot compress – Prepare warm water in a basin and add a packet of bath powder, soak a towel and gently wring it out until no water drips, apply to joints, shoulders and neck for 10 minutes.
