描述

How to prepare

  1. Prepare 500 grams of meat. It can be chicken, pork ribs, fish, pork bones, pigeons, ducks, lamp and pigtails, etc.
  2. Rehydrate the ingredients in the package with water for 1 hour. For those that need extra rehydration time, please refer to the instructions on the package.
  3. Put the meat into the pot and add some water. Remove the meat after boiled. Wash it with water for the next step. (Fishes need to be fried before stew.)
  4. Put the ready-prepared ingredients and meat into the pot. Add 3 litres of water and 2 slices of ginger.

    Procedure/Methods

    甚麼是運動心電圖?

    運動心電圖(跑步心電圖)是透過應診者按照醫護人員指示在跑步機上運動，利用儀器記錄增加心臟負擔及血氧需求時，應診者的心電圖，評估心臟在負荷加重的情況下是否仍正常運作。運動心電圖檢查最常用於評估冠狀動脈性心臟病，俗稱冠心病。原理是運動時，心肌耗氧量會提高，如果耗氧量超出供應量，心電圖就會出現心肌缺血的變化或其它隱性心臟病的信號。

     

    建議每年定期進行心電圖及其他心臟檢查

    • 三十五歲以上男性及四十歲以上女性。
    • 在日常生活中常有心悸、胸悶、呼吸困難等症狀。
    • 有心血管疾病及心臟病家族史。

     

    注意事項

    • 凡有心絞痛、心力衰竭、血壓過高或嚴重心律不齊者，均不宜做運動心電圖。
    • 檢查前12小時內不能做劇烈運動。
    • 運動心電圖檢查前1至2小時以內禁止進食及抽煙，可喝少量清水

    甚麼是靜態心電圖?

    靜態心電圖的檢查原理，是從裝置在胸前及手腳上的電極，收集心臟收縮和擴張運動所產生的電流，記錄到紙帶上。

    進行心臟檢查時，醫護人員會替病人貼上十塊金屬導體，四塊貼在四肢末端，六塊貼在胸前。電子儀器會根據每塊導體所接收的訊息，利用不同的信息配搭拼出十二個電流圖型，這就是常用的「十二線心電圖」(12 Leads E.C.G.)，它可從不同角度觀察心臟的活動以及狀態。

    醫護人員根據記錄的波形變化，推測應診者有機會罹患的疾病，包括心肌梗塞、心臟移位、心囊炎、心律不整、冠動脈不全、電解質代謝失衡、心房或心室肥大症等。
