How to Use

  1. Add extraction buffer into the extraction tube.

  2. Sample collection

  3. Mix the specimen with the extraction buffer

  4. Add 3 drops of the specimen, read the result after 15 minutes

How to Interpret Result

If Positive, Both C zone and T zone have a line respectively.

If Negative, C zone has a line while T zone should be blank.

For invalid result, T zone has a line while C zone is blank／Both C zone and T zone are blank.

    甚麼是運動心電圖?

    運動心電圖(跑步心電圖)是透過應診者按照醫護人員指示在跑步機上運動，利用儀器記錄增加心臟負擔及血氧需求時，應診者的心電圖，評估心臟在負荷加重的情況下是否仍正常運作。運動心電圖檢查最常用於評估冠狀動脈性心臟病，俗稱冠心病。原理是運動時，心肌耗氧量會提高，如果耗氧量超出供應量，心電圖就會出現心肌缺血的變化或其它隱性心臟病的信號。

     

    建議每年定期進行心電圖及其他心臟檢查

    • 三十五歲以上男性及四十歲以上女性。
    • 在日常生活中常有心悸、胸悶、呼吸困難等症狀。
    • 有心血管疾病及心臟病家族史。

     

    注意事項

    • 凡有心絞痛、心力衰竭、血壓過高或嚴重心律不齊者，均不宜做運動心電圖。
    • 檢查前12小時內不能做劇烈運動。
    • 運動心電圖檢查前1至2小時以內禁止進食及抽煙，可喝少量清水

    甚麼是心臟超聲波?

    心臟超聲波 Echocardiogram

    超聲波心動圖是用超聲波來顯示心臟結構的一種方法。

    超聲波探頭首先可以產生人類耳朵無法聽見的高頻音波，經過胸壁進入身體， 探測心臟位置，反射後再被探頭接收，訊號經電腦重組後變成圖像，用以評估心臟機能以及是否運作正常。利用超聲波心動圖檢查可以獲得即時影像，清楚了解心臟整體收縮的情況是否正常，也可以知道心瓣膜病引起的狹窄或倒流的情況，以及心膜炎時，心包膜內是否有積水等等。同時也能測量肺動脈內的血壓，幫助診斷多種與心臟和肺部有關的疾病。

    心臟超聲波檢查對病人無害、無痛苦、方便安全，但也有其局限性，例如超聲波心動圖只能顯示心臟的局部結構，冠狀動脈並無法顯示在電腦熒幕上，需要配合更多檢測進行診斷。
