How to use
Phase 1: How to take Shenghua Tang:
＊Normal delivery/miscarriage: Take Shenghua Tang to dispel lochia 3-5 days after the birth/miscarriage.
＊Caesarean section: After the wound has healed (about 5-7 days), start taking Shenghua Tang to eliminate lochia
Phase 2: First Soup
Stage 3: Second Soup

How to use: Take 1 bowl each morning and evening (before or after meals)
How to take Purple Ganoderma Lucidum Calming Tea: Put a tea bag in a teacup, pour in 350 ml of boiling water and soak for 10 minutes or until it reaches the appropriate concentration, then take out the tea bag and you can drink it. If necessary, you can steep the tea bag again until the taste is milder.
How to use the Royal Angelica and Ginger Bath Powder:
Sponge Bath – Prepare warm water and add 1 packet of bath powder, soak a towel, and then scrub your whole body for about 10 minutes.
