If the product is returnable, you can submit a return request within 7 days of the delivery (some merchants/manufacturers may require a shorter time to return the product).

Please retain and return all packaging materials, including the following items: original packaging, labels, certificates, manufacturer warranty cards, manuals, gifts and all other accessories, etc. Please ensure that the packaging is not damaged, the labels or tags are intact and attached to the item, if any of these are damaged, it will be considered non-returnable.

We will notify you of the status of your return immediately upon receipt and inspection of the product. If eligible, we will arrange a refund in the form of a promotional code with no minimum spend and no expiry date.
