Description

甚麼是運動心電圖?
運動心電圖(跑步心電圖)是透過應診者按照醫護人員指示在跑步機上運動，利用儀器記錄增加心臟負擔及血氧需求時，應診者的心電圖，評估心臟在負荷加重的情況下是否仍正常運作。運動心電圖檢查最常用於評估冠狀動脈性心臟病，俗稱冠心病。原理是運動時，心肌耗氧量會提高，如果耗氧量超出供應量，心電圖就會出現心肌缺血的變化或其它隱性心臟病的信號。
建議每年定期進行心電圖及其他心臟檢查
- 三十五歲以上男性及四十歲以上女性。
- 在日常生活中常有心悸、胸悶、呼吸困難等症狀。
- 有心血管疾病及心臟病家族史。
注意事項
- 凡有心絞痛、心力衰竭、血壓過高或嚴重心律不齊者，均不宜做運動心電圖。
